    Refund & Return Policy

     

    At Blooms, every bouquet is lovingly arranged by hand using the freshest flowers available. We want every delivery to bring a smile, and we take great care to ensure each arrangement meets our high standards of beauty and quality.

     

    Fresh Flowers

     

    As flowers are a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your bouquet arrives in less than perfect condition or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery at mitalee@bloomslondonbridge.co.uk.

    Kindly include your order number, delivery date, and a photo of the bouquet so we can take a look and make things right. Where appropriate, we’re happy to offer a replacement or partial refund.

     

    Substitutions

     

    From time to time, certain blooms may be unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply issues. When this happens, we may substitute them with flowers of a similar style, colour, and value to maintain the overall look and feel of your bouquet. We promise any substitutions will be just as beautiful as the original design.

     

    Cancellations

     

    If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Once your bouquet has been created or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order.

     

    Non-Delivery

     

    If, for any reason, your order isn’t delivered due to an error on our part, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note, if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we can’t take responsibility for missed deliveries. please try and include a phone number as well!
